Return and Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item(s). After 14 days, unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

Return Process:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
3. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping Costs:

• Returns and exchanges are generally at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
